We had a crazy few months around here and have made the very difficult decision to move to Kelowna for Dave's work. He was just gone so much with no end in sight and it made the most sense for us to pursue this new opportunity which means no more travelling. It was so hard for Dave and us girls every time he left that we knew if we could change that than it was the right answer for us. So we took the job, listed our home and after a crazy week of nonstop showings and trying to make it look like 2 one year olds DIDN'T live here, our house in Kamloops sold and we have to be out by May 23rd. That would all be great if we had found a home in Kelowna yet but we are thankful the stress of showing the house is over with! We do have a great rental condo in the meantime though as Dave started in Kelowna last Tuesday. We really miss him around here but know that it is short term and then no more nights away!!!! YAY!!!! Unless he takes me that is :)

Kiley watching their favorite show on the "TB"

Kiley hiding in the wood basket Opa made.

Enjoying a quick visit from Devyn and Auntie

Our niece Devyn who is one month older then the girls. So sweet!

The girls enjoyed their first time at the beach. We will be spending lots of time there this summer I hope!

Kiley was so mad that she wasn't allowed to run straight into the water!

Sydney exploring. They had such a good time there and this beach is right by our rental condo so it will be handy!

So cool

Playing at another park in Kelowna between house hunting.

Kiley loves to climb to the highest peak and go through all the tunnels but Sydney is a bit more cautious and will not go in any tunnel or go down a covered slide. It is so neat to see the differences coming out more and more in their personalities!

Sydney enjoys stopping to smell the flowers.

Kiley decided not to go on the slide anymore after flying down headfirst and landing on her chin! I caught her by her feet at the last second but she still got a few scrapes....

Sydney loves to keep her gorgeous, delicate, little fingers busy.

Sliding down the fireman's pole (notice how high the top of the slide is in the background?). Kiley would climb all the way up on her own and the try to slide down before we could catch her....hence the chin scraping!
