We love our Wagon!!

The girls and I have been going for a wagon ride around the neighborhood every morning that it is not raining. They love to look around and visit with the neighbors. Sydney pretends to try and grab all the plants that we go by but really she is a bit timid about actually doing so. Kiley on the other hand is quick and grabbed a shrub the other day and had it in her mouth before you could blink. Good thing Dad is quick like a fox and had it out of there before she could swallow!!

In the Turtle Pool

We bought the girls a turtle pool for the backyard and we went in for the first time today. The water was a bit chilly (make that hypothermic) even though I let it sit in the sun all day prior! I guess next time we will be adding some hot water! With the help of our babysitter Marla, we had a great time anyways. It will be a perfect way to beat the heat this summer. The girls really enjoyed it and loved looking around the backyard at all the new things to see. They were fascinated with watching Kiera trample our gardens too. Sydney would have loved to be right alongside her I am sure!

We even checked out the swings with their cousin Devyn and their Auntie and Uncle in Vernon. Kiley and Sydney got to "double" on those ones!

We hope to have many more swings together this summer!

The girls are trying new foods everday and actually Kiley is liking more lately than Sydney which is a switch! Sydney hasn't been feeling good this week so that is probably why. She still loves her cookies though! They are eating Cantaloupe in these pictures and neither of them were too excited about it...

They both are scooting forward on their bums or squirming on their tummies backwards, much to their frustration as they really want to go forwards! They inevitably end up stuck under something but I still think that this is the calm before the storm as they will be crawling soon enough!

Auntie Wendy and Uncle Dale bought the girls a wagon and we took them out for the first time today around the block and they LOVED it. We will be taking lots of wagon rides this summer!
