The girls had a laid back month, with being sick and not sleeping at all through the night they were napping more during the day which was great but makes it hard to get out much! We did thoroughly enjoy having the Embleton's here a few weekends ago though and had a chance to go up to the cabin while Nan and Grandpa watched the girls. The big boys went sledding while Julie, her boys and I went for a hot tub!

Lots of Play Time!

Willy and I took the girls swimming for the first time today at the Canada Games pool in Kamloops. It was great, the water was so warm and the girls had a blast. It was like a giant bath tub which Willy and I appreciated too! Sydney's legs will be tired tonight since she kicked so hard in the pool and was getting the hang of splashing too which Kiley did not like! Kiley did great looking around taking everything in and thoroughly enjoyed sucking the pool water off her hands-yum yum. She was kicking lots too and loved to lie on her back and eat her feet. She also was the one to let us know that it was time to go. When we got out we realized that we had been in the water for over a half an hour so they did very good. It was about 2 hours of prep beforehand and 1 hour after but well worth it even if it meant I had to put on a bathing suit-Yikes!.

I could not find any swim suits this time of year so I had no choice but to get the Roxy ones I found!! Sounds like a likely story I know but they are the cutest bathing suits ever and the girls are beyond adorable in them as you can see.

Nothing like a pretty bathing suit to make a girl feel like a million bucks hey Sydney!

Kiley had just woken up and was wondering what the heck I was so excited about and why she was wearing that slinky feeling thing.
