Almost three weeks since the girls were born. Approximately 400 pictures later. Thank goodness for modern technology and the ability to delete pictures that do not turn out. I think I am hitting a 10 pictures to 1 average. That is 10 deletes to every one that turns out. I would be a very poor professional photographer at that rate.

Kiera says anyone can leave a message!
We've been getting lots of questions about how to leave messages on our blog. You can leave a message by "clicking " on the "comments" field at the end of every post. You do not have to be a Blogspot Blogger, you can just enter your comments and choose the "anonymous" identity and leave your name. It is just that easy....
Got Twins -- Will Adventure Travel
Unfortunately we did not make it to Kamloops for Christmas in July but we did manage to get to the big city for our first outing. The girls did great as we headed into Vancouver for our adventure. Not bad for 18 days old. We went to Queen Elizabeth Park and walked through the garden's. Little did I know that Donna was the crazy one taking the girls up and down stairs in the stroller.
The Mega Stroller - Size of a transport truck with the convenience of a sport utility. The car seats move in and out of this stroller with some finesse. It hauls the girls and all of their needs quite well although we are really looking forward to the use of our fancy "Bob" stroller when the girls are big enough.

Sydney and Kiley - Posing for the camera
Here is where mom dressed the girls in pink, then more pink and to top it off pink hats. I don't quite know how they will look on dirt bikes wearing clothes like this.
Kiera is adapting well to the girls. In fact she is slowly becoming inseparable. She is always sleeping or hanging out in the same room. She pretends to ignore them so we haven't determined if she is looking for fallen scraps or if she truly likes the new additions to the family. Kiera has certainly benefited from more walks as we have been taking the girls out every night.

EXTRA EXTRA - READ ALL ABOUT IT!
The Blackmore family has expanded - Doubled in fact!
Born July 3rd 2007
8:24am -Sydney Lena Blackmore at 6lbs 8oz's
8:25am - Kiley Rae Blackmore at 5lbs 5 oz's
Here is Donna at the Hotel "Langley Memorial Hospital." Very excited about meeting our new babies, equally excited to have the bump on her front removed. Her room had a view, a bed for me to sleep in and great help from the nurses. The babies never had to be in the nursery, they were always with us in our room. We are very fortunate to have such a great hospital in Langley.
